Paying Your Civil Traffic Fines via the Internet

As a convenience to the public, the Broward County Clerk of Courts Online Fine Payment Service allows for the payment of traffic fines using the Internet. Using this service does not relieve the defendant of this responsibility to pay his traffic fine or make his election in a timely manner. If the defendant determines that certain case information is not entered or the system is not functional, it remains his responsibility to make his payment or election to the office of the Clerk of the Courts before his due date.
This online service also allows the defendant to choose the defensive driving school option.

Proof of Compliance and Late Payments
